曼陀羅繪畫工作坊Mandala Painting Workshop (in Cantonese)

“曼陀羅”是一個超越時間､空間與不同的文化背景的古代冥想工具。因此，人們往往會被畫中簡單的幾何圖形及圖像背後隱藏的深度深深吸引，曼陀羅圖畫是遠超越一般藝術，在創造過程中，它是一段聯繫自我靈魂的旅程。因此，過往幾仟年來，人類應用曼陀羅這個工具來回歸自性本源。

在畫畫的過程中，導師Maria Ng將引導你經由你內心去創造自己的曼陀羅。作為曼陀羅圖畫的創造者, 並不需要任何繪畫技巧,只需要信任自己內在的指引。

Mandala is an ancient circular motif used by cultures spread across time and distance. At first glance, one is impressed by the depth portrayed by such simple arrangements of angles and arches. In truth, a Mandala is more than art, it is a journey to your soul. For thousands of years, humanity has used Mandalas for just this purpose.

In this workshop, you will be guided to create your own personal mandala. Artistic skill is not required.
