曼陀羅﹝Mandala﹞是印度梵文的音譯，是“圓”的意思，泛指軸心、圓周或奇妙的圓形、輪圓、壇城等，也有”輪圓具足”的涵義。原指的是佛教修行密法、觀想的道場，被視為是宇宙萬物居住世界的縮圖。也是宇宙整體之象徵。繪畫曼陀羅具有探索內心世界的力量，透過藝術創作﹝繪畫﹞進行自我療癒，從內心中湧現的圖像，將反映出自身最深入的特質，以創造性的活動轉化自己。

在畫畫的過程中，導師將引導你透過繪畫曼陀羅去探索自己的內心世界，學習以畫畫作自我療癒。參加者不需要有任何繪畫基礎。
