曼陀羅﹝Mandala﹞是印度梵文的音譯，是"圓"的意思，泛指軸心、圓周或奇妙的圓形、輪圓、壇城等，也有"輪圓具足"的涵義。原指的是佛教修行密法、觀想的道場，被視為是宇宙萬物居住世界的縮圖。也是宇宙整體之象徵。繪畫曼陀羅具有探索內心世界的力量，透過藝術創作﹝繪畫﹞進行自我療癒，從內心中湧現的圖像，將反映出自身最深入的特質，以創造性的活動轉化自己。
在這個工作坊中，導師Maria Ng將引導你透過繪畫曼陀羅去探索自己的內心世界，學習以畫畫作自我療癒。參加者不需要有任何繪畫基礎。

Mandala is an ancient circular motif used by cultures spread across time and distance. At first glance, one is impressed by the depth portrayed by such simple arrangements of angles and arches. In truth, a Mandala is more than art, it is a journey to your soul. For thousands of years, humanity has used Mandalas for just this purpose.
In this workshop, you will be guided to create your own personal mandala. Artistic skill is not required.
